I'm determined to do more baking and maybe even start making my own chocolates.
So, I've done plenty of baking before but not really worked with chocolate before. I've just made some Oat biscuits that are lovely but thought, I know, I'll drizzle chocolate over them. Hmmm, I don't know what went wrong but the chocolate was far too thick and wouldn't drizzle... just clumped. Ah well, they still taste nice! Just not destined for the school bake sale table!
